On arrival, you will be asked to use hand sanitiser.
Our team is following strict hygiene guidelines and we ask you to do the same – please place any used paper towels and tissues straight in the bin after use. Sanitize your hands after coughing or sneezing.
There will be no magazines or newspapers to share between clients, please feel free to use our WiFi.
Team members will be sanitising all stations, door handles, and bathrooms regularly
Team members will be washing their hands thoroughly between clients and appointments
We ask you not to touch any of our retail products unless you are definitely purchasing the item.
A face mask is required at all times in the salon. Unless you’re exempt from wearing one for health reasons.
As you can imagine, appointments are very precious at this time. Should you need to cancel for any reason, please give us at least 24 hours' notice. There may be a 50% charge of the total service value should you fail to give us this notice.
Any client who has a colouring service and hasn’t had a skin test within 3 months will need a new tint test. This can be arranged via appointment in salon or via post. This will need to be carried out 48 hours prior to your visit.
As part of our opening conditions, we need to ensure we have your full contact details and those of any visitors who may attend the salon. We are obliged to keep these details for a 21 day period for the Government Test and Trace system. Without these details, we can not allow entrance to the Salon. If you have the NHS app this can be scanned upon arrival at the front door.
We will ask all our clients to complete a health questionnaire upon arrival. This will help us ensure that we all keep safe and well within our salon environment. We respectfully advise that we reserve the right to refuse service and ask you to come back another day in order to comply with our duties of care to all Uber Clients and staff.
We ask you to bring only essential personal belongings into the salon.
